MODULE 9 – HYDRATION & EXERCISE

This module is about how to stay well-hydrated for your lifestyle and different options for upgrading the water you drink. This is vitally important as our water system contains lots of dirty toxins such as medical and hormonal waste, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), chlorine and heavy metals that are harmful to you and will prevent you from having truly great health and can contribute to disease. We look at different filtration options, such as alkaline water filters and ionizers and their benefits.

I also give you some simple ideas for sustainable weekly exercise and a couple of fun and easy hone workouts, which will give you great results for toning and fitness.

Stage 4 – Feed

This fourth, ‘Feed’ stage of great health for life is about eating more decadent, calorie-rich foods that really make our eating enjoyable and varied as well as healthy – along with our leafy green vegetables, probiotic foods and high-quality animal fats and broths from the previous Cleanse, Restore & Nourish stages.
