These third 2 weeks are the ‘Nourish’ stage of Health For Life and focus on nourishing your body with high-quality, optional animal-based foods and broths to reduce inflammation, increase your good fats and nutrients and give you great eating pleasure! I also show you some essential kitchen equipment that I use and that you may want to get to make your life easier and your cooking more enjoyable.

Stage 3 – Nourish

This third, ‘Nourish’ stage of great health for life is about eating high-quality animal-based fats and broths which can further boost and nutrify our body, as well as our leafy green vegetables and probiotic foods from the Cleanse & Restore stages.
Animal meats and fats have many health and healing properties – helping to reduce inflammation and joint pain, get rid of excess fat and cellulite and even treat food intolerances, allergies and leaky gut syndrome with easily absorbable amino acids and other nutrients that are hard to find elsewhere, such as vitamins B12 and K2.

Module 6 Diet Action

Download the HFL Simple Meal Plan for Weeks 5-6 and check out the Nourish recipe videos (you can also see the recipes on the recipe page here). Source your high quality fat/animal foods and incorporate your Nourish food daily, as per the meal plan. (TIME: 60 minutes)
