MODULE 8 – GETTING GREAT SLEEP

The quality of our sleep affects every other area of our waking life so it’s vitally important to get good quality sleep each night. In this module we look at tackling sleep struggles and insomnia by putting in place a great sleep routine and habits and having a good bedroom environment. Possibly the most overlooked aspect of sleep is balancing our electrolytes and eating foods that promote great sleep – we cover those things too.

Stage 4 – Feed

This fourth, ‘Feed’ stage of great health for life is about eating more decadent, calorie-rich foods that really make our eating enjoyable and varied as well as healthy – along with our leafy green vegetables, probiotic foods and high-quality animal fats and broths from the previous Cleanse, Restore & Nourish stages.
