In today’s world, we’re told to ignore the desires of our hearts.
But to neglect the heart is to ultimately lose all hope.

Hi, I’m Laura! If I’ve not met you before, I’m a Master Certified Nutritionist and Health Coach of over 20 years.
I’m a Christian, author, speaker, family member and I love helping people to become more of who God created them to be.
I’ve been a fan of John and Stasi Eldredge’s books for years. I’ve held quite a few retreats and events over the past decade and I thought it would be wonderful to host the excellent Captivating Core retreats in England!
I’m excited to facilitate and host our 4 days together and I’ll be pleased to get to know you, or get to know you more if we’re friends or work together already 🙂
