If you’d like to book a 1-1 health and diet/nutrition consultation with me, feel free to do so. I’ve coached over a thousand people 1-1 over the past 20+ years, and seen pretty much every health condition under the sun, so you’re in safe hands! We’ll confidentially and sensitively talk through your health concerns and goals, and create a plan to help you achieve a healthy, vibrant body and life.

You have the option to include a bespoke meal plan too, with all the nutritional values outlined, shopping list, recipes, colour photos and to work with your food and taste preferences and lifestyle. I’ll also give you healthy versions of the ‘naughty’ comfort foods that you love!
